The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, right at the entrance of Old Quebec City, which made it easy to explore. Most of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops were just a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing

We will be back to this location. We wanted the trip to be carefree and relax and enjoy our surroundings. That is exactly what happened. The Marriott Hotel was perfectly located to enjoy everything that Quebec City had to offer.

Hotel was nice and convenient. Waited over an hour at the bar waiting for our room to be ready. Check in was 4 and room wasn’t ready til after 5. Then we were given keys to a room already occupied. For our inconvenience they gave us 2 free drink vouchers. Sat at the bar for an hour and never got waited on. Nice hotel, service reds a lot of improvements

The only feedback I can provide is that while having breakfast on 2025.08.10 we ordered from the menu. One plate was ready and waiting for the second. Both plates were sitting on the kitchen bar counter next to the omelette menu. 5 customers went up to kitchen, right in front of the waiting plates and food, about 20 » away and were ordering their food, possibly projecting their spit on our food. Given the lessons for Covid, I thought this was in poor judgement.

Traditional hotel on the outside, up to the minute modern on the inside. Very comfortable. Located just outside gate Saint Jean, it’s just a block from all of Old Town Quebec. The concierge filled us in on all the best restaurants. Parking is a bit expensive at 35 CAD

Love the restaurant 1640 Bistro and Le Latin Saute, both within 15 mins walking distance. Cochon Dingue brunch is 5 mins away. Great location.

El staff del hotel es muy amable, brindan un gran servicio. El hotel esta excelentemente ubicado justo en la entrada del Viejo Quebec, lo que lo hace una ubicacion prime, esto nos encantó ya que desde aqui ibamos caminando a los principales puntos turisticos, adicional coincidentalmente el bus turistico de 2 pisos (hop on, hop off) que contratamos tenia una parada frente al hotel, asi que mejor que esto imposible. La habitacion era super amplia, limpia, moderna, bien equipada y comoda. El desayuno buffet incluido era muy variado y delicioso. No tenemos queja alguna de este hotel. Cuando volvamos a Quebec sin duda alguna esta será nuestra primera opcion para hospedarnos!

Family trip, hotel right at the entrance to old city, walk to all sightseeing in 5 min. Make sure to bring good shoes lots of steps all over, but there’s a cable car too. Lots of street performers music and total feel like in Europe, friendly atmosphere from locals. Expensive for US residents. Great fireworks display downtown
