The staff have been super helpful during our stay. We booked one night at a time because we wanted to leave the option of finding a hotel closer to downtown Quebec, but ended up staying the whole trip here because of the pool, hot tub, breakfast, and staff! Merci!

Great for a family
This was a great place for my family. The pool with the slide was so fun for the kids. The room was nice and comfortable and just what we needed. I was a little disappointed at the cleanliness of the bathroom but it everything else was fine.

We found that the check-in at 4pm was rather late. The check out was 11. It shouldn’t take staff 5 hours to get the rooms ready. Unless there’s not enough staff.
