The ground around the hotel is not well kept, exterior of hotel is also not well kept. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, convenient access to highways and Quebec City.

Upsides: The staff were amazing - everybody was so lovely (especially Melissa)! +It's also a short walk away from the #11 bus route - I didn't have a car but that bus route is very convenient to get to the mall and old town. You can also easily change the other busses from Place de la cité/St Foy. I recommend getting an RTC pass for convenience. +The room was clean and i appreciated the large minifridge for when I didn't want to eat out. Overal, the room was very comfortable. Downsides: It was like a construction site, work is being done on the elevator and the pool but i wasnt informed of this beforehand. This was very disappointing as the pool would have been included in the fees and was something I particularly looked forward to. At minimum, a heads-up before my arrival would have been appreciated or some form of compensation (i.e. a free breakfast). - The breakfast was fine but if you don't eat pork, options will be very limited. I think this should be taken into consideration. Overall, it's clean, very conveniently located and the staff were lovely. I'd recommend staying here but would advise for advance notice about the construction and pool's availability.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was good. The staff was helpful and the amenities were generally satisfactory. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the pool was closed during my stay, as I was looking forward to using it. Additionally, there was water leaking in the hallways on my floor, which was inconvenient and concerning. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.
