Check-in took a while before giving room keys. Carpet was dirty. Pool temporary closed. We were hoping for the bathtub not to fall down room while taking shower. Spider web behid the curtains. Haven't been cleaned for a while. Our room was right un front of the huge fans outside. So noisy once on, couldn't sleep well at all. Overall, not happy with my hotel choice.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait une maivaise odeur (renfermé) sur tout l'étage ainsi que dans notre chambre. Le couvert de toilette et la pôle de douche étaient mal fixés et la piscine est hors d'usage depuis plusieurs mois. Par contre, c'était très propre.

nous étions présent lors de la panne de l'unité d'air conditionnée de la bâtisse (3e étage et +). Il faisait approximativement 40C avec l'humidex. La première nuit a été horrible. Le personne était très compréhensif, mais rien ne pouvait être fait. Il a été possible de changer de chambre le lendemain, la chambre était vraiment mieux divisée et avait l'air climatisée. En passant la chambre 305 n'avait pas de rideau de douche.

The place was under construction. Only one elevator for 10 floors. The A/C was not working. Horrible sleeping conditions. Overall, I would like my money back. It was probably the second worst hotel experience of my life and I'm 59 and have stayed in hundreds of hotels.

Excellent value. Lots of renos going on. Room was clean, modern with a fantastic shower. Feels very safe, since most doors are locked and there are cameras everywhere. Lots of good quality guests on the building, so felt very comfortable overall. Bummer the pool was closed for renovations. Gym was mid at best.

We had 1 night stay but the AC was not working throughout the night yet neither the staff or any other person at reception told us about the same. No one showed up to fix it up and just provided us a fan that too after 15-30 minutes of requesting it. No staff around to get the luggage from the car to the room. Dental kit was charged and that is the first time which I am seeing it.
