We stayed here with my wife, and the when i turned the pillow i saw some stains on the pillow. There were small red stains which could have been the blood stains. I went to lobby and told the receptionist and she gave me a new one. She told me that she will leave a note so they will follow up. Next morning when i wanted to check out I asked the other receptionist to see what was the status of the follow up. To my surprise, he had no idea. I talked to the manager and she said she will leave a note. They did not anything to make it up with me. I was really shocked that they did not care and pretended that i was nothing unsual.

La piscine était fermé, il ny avait pas d'eau dedans. Nous avions réserver une hôtel avec piscine pour en profiter en famille. Mon garcon de 13 ans extrêmement déçu. Nous n'avons eu aucun avis.

I selected this hotel because it had an indoor pool available. I did not mind being out of the city center because if had that feature. Arrived on-site, I learned that the pool was closed. It was not a new fact and there was no knowledge of when the pool would reopen. Had I known that, I would have booked elsewhere.
