The tiny cabin was exactly as described, and worked well for my stay. The location of this property is perfect for walking into town. The only negative is that the shared bathroom could get quite crowded during certain times of the day, which meant having to wait for a shower to be available.

Great location for our family to stay in Queenstown. The room was nothing fancy but it was spacious and clean. Things are a bit dated, but that didn't bother us. Parking was easy, and you could walk to downtown. It's right next to the gondola. There is also a communal kitchen and a laundry.

Despite the unit being infront of 20 campervans, it was very quiet. The location is also excellent, 10 min walk to central queenstown.

We rented the Cabin unit and unfortunately it fell short of being clean. There was a big white stain which looked like vomit on the bed skirt and floor when we walked in as well as stains on the bed covers in the bedroom. Thankfully, the staff was very proactive and replaced the cover and removed the skirt. Kitchen utensils were also not very clean. The bunk bed is quite uncomfortable and not safe it creaks and is unstable so we did not use the top bunk. There is no AC so if you open the windows there are no screens so bugs will get in. There are heaters available. There is a huge steep slope to go up and down to get to town which is less than 10 min walk, which can be difficult for those mobility issues. Otherwise, the town is small but beautiful and has many restaurants to choose from. Go up to the gondola to see the view 5 min walk and go on the Luge ride. Book your tours in town so many companies offer way lower prices than online.

Location is awesome close to everything. Only downfall was nothing for my kids to do while at the accomodation there’s a kids corner but toys worn and old no park on the property
