It was right it the city center, everything was walkable. Bus stop was 4 minute walk away and went straight to the airport. Lylo was very clean and the staff are very helpful and it has a roof top bar. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great location unfortunately Miss Lucy’s was closed entire time we were there this was something we had looked forward to as our son had stayed in the Auckland property the kitchen was very crowded so cost more to go out which was a shame and would have helped to know before booking . My stay was great, but the kitchen was too small for the number of people staying at the hostel. Now that it is high season, it was complicated to cook or prepare something quick. Also, the activities shown at the entrance aren't updated or don't exist.

A pretty cool place that’s like an upscale-ish backpackers hostel. Best thing is it’s location which is right smack in the main centre! Only downside is parking—you either book their parking for a fee, or park in the paid public parking right across the hostel. Not a problem overnight coz free parking from 6am-8am. Also, the only heating available are oil heaters, which unfortunately isn’t quite enough. But overall, a great accessible and convenient place.

good location, the rest I didn't much care for

The room was very small. the kitchen is of course shared which is fine, but people would take some of the utensils and dishes and there wasn't enough sometimes. The fridge was not as well organized as some of the other places. I would probably choose a different place next time but I am older and this is more suitable for younger crowd, and I get that.

Great location and stay

Great experience start to finish. Warm welcome from reception, the pod beds are ideal for privacy and provide a light and fan which is great. Kitchen was being moved to upstairs which will make it ideal with the social/dining area, that would be my only issue as it was then. But location perfect, car park right next door for about £3 hour 8-6pm
