World class in Queenstown
What a pleasant surprise! I lovethe clean, no-nonsense European style. The bed is a dream, as is the shower. Although not the greatest coffee, the complimentary coffee machine on each floor is nice, as is the filtered water dispenser. The room could use a full length mirror and mini-fridge.

The staff was super and the property clean and safe. The team let us stay an extra two hours after scheduled check out, which synced up nicely with our departure. There is construction outside the property right now, but I'm told that will end soon.

Great location, walking distance to local attractions, restaurants and retail. Mi-Pad ticked our boxes for a place to bag drop and go explore. The added extras for me... the roof top fireplace and amazing views, plus the GHD hair dryer! We will definitely be bacn again.

Propriety didn’t have microwaves or parking. Staff wasn’t very helpful. They couldn’t help me with anything I requested for. The internet works funny. Some apps on my phone wouldn’t work.

Good spot to explore the town from. Quiet property with some fun features for small groups to gather. Seems like only one person could use the app for the room controls at a time? Handy beverage machines for coffee, tea and even soup.

Really well located. Love the digital concierge and app. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Could walk everywhere - felt safe all times of day and night. Will be even better when they finish the nearby roadworks! But they only happened during daylight hours and didn't disturb my stay at all.

Excellent staff and location. Due to limited size and layout of the room, if one wants privacy, I wouldn't recommend unless you are a solo traveler or couple. The toilet, shower and sink is all separately sectioned. Would suggest to have a towel hook inside the shower and I had to step out wet to grab the towel.

The rooftop terrace was excellent and the hotel is walking distance to everything in Queenstown. Rooms are small but you are here for the scenery so it doesn't matter

Millie was extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for what to see in town. The rooms were extremely clean. The only downside, was construction on the main road. This in no way altered my view of the property. Easy walk into town for all the shops and the gondola to the skiing. There is also a terrace on the rooftop which was just lovely and provided amazing views. There is also a vending machine that gives free hot drinks and consume. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean rooms, very central to all parts of Queenstown! Free hot drinks from the vending machine is my favourite! There is also a roof terrace that is super chill and gives good views of the city. Recommend!

Nice and clean
Great stay, had a lovely room. Very clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The only downside was that the door was poorly insulated from noise. I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway, and I had the vending machine just outside which added more noise.
