20 minutes to reach room service and was told 30-40 minutes to get a bowl of soup in the bar…. I required a room close to the elevator and was assigned one furthest away.. They were very busy… but someone should have made an effort to change the room the following days…

staff was friendly, inside room felt lux -nice furnishings, comfy bedding, attractive bathroom with rain showerhead but wifi was terribly slow unless using at 1am and could hear hotel renovation/construction noise.

I prepaid for two nights stay. The Air New Zealand flight was unable to land the first day of reservation and the hotel refused to refund any of the payment. While I could understand that had I been responsible for the missed day, I think some accommodation should have been made since I was not at fault. The parking garage was full by the time New Zealand Air got me to Queenstown the next day so I had to park on an extremely steep public street across from the hotel. I am 70 and am grateful my son was able to help me with the climb to the property. My lesson is not to use third parties like Expedia in the future. I will deal directly with reservations myself.

I booked the Millennium for one night at the end of my trip and it was an affordable and comfortable option. Check in was quick and easy, parking was available and overall a smooth process. The room was the perfect size, very clean and with a renovated modern bathroom. Very comfy bed and happy with the amenities.

Excellent location! Walkable to tons of restaurants, shops, and hiking trails! Everywhere you turn is stunning. Couldn’t stop taking pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was great!

Good stay
Spent two nights. The first night wasn't great due to the couple next door getting into a heated argument that would heat up and eventually we had to call the desk to intervene. Definitely dampened our experience. However the amenities and the second night were exactly what we expected. We visited the restaurant and had a great meal with good drinks. There is onsite parking at a fee. I would stay again based on the service, amenities, location and the restaurant.

Even during a rainy week in Queenstown, our stay at this hotel made the trip worthwhile. The staff were super friendly and happily switched our room to one with better views. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the coffee was great. The location is ideal—just a short walk to the city center and convenient for tour pickups. Overall, a perfect stay. We’d definitely come back.
