The property was nice. The staff was friendly, the spa room was good, the room was a bit dated in places but overall nice and clean. The location was really good being right next to all of the shops and activities.

The room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. Location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff member that checked us in was lovely but the other staff were less than friendly to my friend I was travelling with, and other guest interactions I noticed. It wasn’t until the morning of checking out I noticed my sheets had blood-like/copper-coloured stains. Also on the ground floor you can’t open the outside door without a bunch of people staring directly into your room from only about 2m away.
