We had a great stay here. We stayed two nights, really enjoyed having the kitchen for breakfast and dinner. It was clean and organized, with sections for your food based on your room. Fully stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, etc. the bathrooms were decent and clean. We would recommend and would stay here again! They also have laundry facilities which is helpful. It’s about a 7-10 minute walk into town and there’s a grocery store nearby that was fully stocked and cheaper than the one in the center. Thank you!
A great stop on Queenstown. Lots of parking room and we were able to leave pur bikes after checkout for a couple of hours whilst popped up.on the gondola. Really friendly staff and helpful. Room a bit warm on arrival but soon aired out with window open fully. Didnt really make use of kitchen area but looked good.
Very good experience staying at this property. We stayed in one of the 1-bedroom cabins and it was very spacious will all the amenities. Staff are also very friendly. It is about a 7 min walk to the town centre
When booking the property, I booked two cabins with private bathrooms, but when we arrived, we were both had shared bathrooms. I had a look at some of the other reviews and it turns out that this has happened to other people too so be careful if you are booking.
It’s extremely overpriced for what is. We noticed most of the rooms had their towels and linen replaced and we were there for a week yet didn’t have any of this done. We had to ask and then they only gave us a new towel. Really disappointed and won’t be back.

Disliked: Amenities
Glorified back packers hostel, noisy and not cheap. Poor value for money compared to other places we have stayed whilst travelling down from North Island. If you like quiet, authentic New Zealand I wouldn't recommend Queenstown.

Simple but comfortable stay
Ok stay. The cabins are functional but somethings did not work so well. Kitchen could do with more utensils like a wooden spoon - not a big ask. TV did not work probably because of old battery in the remote. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom is tiny and it is not really possible to use the tiny sink. Bedding and towels were clean and of good quality. Location is fine but a bit of a walk from the centre -10 mins. Place was quiet and safe.
Stayed in a cabin which overall was good. For those who care, TV and remote did not work very well. The sink in the bathroom was way too small. Having said that I would definitely stay there again.
Like the distance from CBD
Dislike: No designated Parking. Had to park at the reception and walk to assigned location
Checked into a hot room. No fan or AC.
In the morning, Sun is already blazing the room. Again no AC or fan.
Couldn’t sleep. Waste of money
Nice staff, but the rooms are poor. The condition of the rooms and furniture is poor. The worst thing is the bathroom cleanness. The water pressure was weak.
Enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to main town. Clean. Friendly staff

The parking is terrible and they can't promise a spot for your vehicle. The floor in our room was not clean although the rest of the room was clean. The bed was NOT comfortable - you could feel the springs in the mattress. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this accommodation. We expected a little more especially due to the price for a private bathroom.

This is primarily a young persons hang out. Lots of young adults that stay out late and party (off premises). We had a problem the first night with noise but the staff was amazing and upgraded us to a larger and quieter room. We are very grateful and after the first night, we had an amazing time.
The room size was quite comfortable, and the shared toilets and bathrooms were maintained regularly, which was appreciated. There are designated spaces in the refrigerator for each room, ensuring organization. However, it’s worth noting that the number of parking spaces is somewhat limited, and the spots can be quite compact.
