There were roadworks at the front of the property, making access and exit difficult and dangerous. The lighting in the unit was dim and dismal. Curtains had to be closed for privacy. Beds were worn and poorly madeup. Carpet seems not to have been cleaned before we moved in and wasn't cleaned while we were there. Noise from the room above came through the ceiling.. The display on the stove did not work properly, making it difficult to use properly. The guest laundry was good but surrounded by rubbish and litter. The staff were ambivalent. At our back door there was a bowl of water with foul cigarette butts floating in it. I cannot imagine how this property received a 4 star rating and such positive reviews.

Nice clean and quiet rooms. Perfect for families that only need somewhere to sleep and are always on the go. Nice walking distance into Queenstown but easy to get in and out of with a vehicle.

Great room and location for a good price
We were visiting from the US with our two teenage children and the room had lots of space and very clean with comfortable beds. It had a nice kitchenette and great view. Vishal at the front desk was very helpful and we would definitely stay there again.
