Lovely little hotel in Queenstown
Wonderful small hotel next to the City Center. Super clean, quiet, walking distance to all restaurants and gondola. We were a family of 3 adults and a room with 2 queen beds worked perfectly for us. A small parking garage was great to park the car. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome and evening drinks and small bites were also very enjoyable. We’d definitely return if our travels bring us back to Queenstown.

Lovely small hotel next to the City Center. We had a room with two queen beds and it was perfect for one night stay for 3 adults. Room was clean, pleasant, and quiet. Beds were comfortable and with nice linens. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was super friendly, nice, and helpful. We also enjoyed evening drinks and small bites. There is a small parking garage under ground so it was very easy to park the car. Overall, super pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service
We stayed one night while visiting Queenstown in the spring. The hotel is beautiful and all of the staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. We were met int the parking lot on arrival and were able to check in our room early. We really enjoyed the happy hour with wine, snacks, and music and the big breakfast.

Amazing Experience
The service and facility were first-rate! We also enjoyed the location, which was within walking distance of the gondola, the pier, the river, and many restaurants and other attractions. Breakfast was included, with menu and continental options. There was also a happy hour at 6 PM with free drinks and appetizers. If we ever come back to Queenstown, I would definitely stay here again.

It was such a great stay with you guys!! The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and beautiful, location was very handy for going to city centre and gondola area and staff were very nice and friendly!! The only thing it was ashamed about was the view. Our room was next to the road/car park, hence we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful views of Queenstown from the room. However, it was absolutely an awesome night and experience!! Thank you very very much!!

Such an excellent hotel!! First time at this hotel but it would be the last. The customer service is amazing, Julian and Laquisha were so wonderful; they made the stay a pleasure, it was like staying at a good friends home. The guest services were also amazing with regards to the cocktail hour and breakfast. Thank you to the team at Park Boutique hotel.

Having been in a wheelchair the property was great for me on the ground floor and dining area. The staff were very helpful and friendly accommodating all of my needs. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking into the main area of beautiful Queenstown. Highly recommend

Hotel room looked exactly like the photos, great interiors and breakfast included that has a variety of different food choices. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, saying hi and bye every time you enter and exit the hotel. Service was exceptional, provided us with everything we need and even offered some recommendations on food places and activities in the city to try. Only a 5 mins walk to the city centre, overall very please and will definitely be staying here again when visiting next

Outstanding hotel
Outstanding in every aspect. We have stayed in top hotels all over the world and this was the best service we have ever received. The staff go above and beyond for their guests. The location is excellent, a quick and easy walk to town. Breakfast and evening drinks and canapes all included are a lovely touch. Extremely clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Pam was very helpful at check in , explaining everything about the hotel and assisting with dinner reservations. Delightful staff attitude reflected at the well organised breakfast room with a good selection of freshly made items combined with a buffet cooked to order by friendly staff. The 6.00 happy hour with free wine is another bonus and an opportunity for guests to mingle. The underground car park is convenient and has a lift for baggage.

So close to downtown and yet so quiet. Beautiful facilities. Loved the shower and skylight. Heated towel and scented lotions were a pleasant surprise. Made to order breakfast and happy hour added to the experience. But the bed is the highlight, slept fantastic. Highly recommend.
