Overall we had a great time. There was no 55" tv or tge Netflix as they advertised (it wasn't a bug issue for us but we were expected) highly recommend and will be back again.

It is an excellent hotel. The only downfall was parking. We had a park, went out to dinner and all the parking was full. There just doesn’t seem to be enough parking for guests. So be prepared to pay another $11 per night to park in the public parking which is about a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. Which isn’t a big walk but can be frustrating when you have heavy bags. But the room was amazing and the service fantastic.

This is a great hotel. Don’t be scared off that it’s near the airport and 5-10 minutes from town. It’s so quiet. Just what we needed for our stay.

What an exceptional experience. Hard day traveling, flight cancelled- this stay was an absolute respite. Heated tile floor in the bathroom was dreamy! Espresso machine with milk in the fridge was above and beyond. Somebody thought of everything. Layover felt more like a spa day than an inconvenience. Lovely atmosphere and staff. 11 out of 10!

I enjoyed my stay in this clean, comfortable well appointed room. The in room kitchenette was great, and meant that I didn't need to eat out all the time. The hotel was quiet, and staff were friendly and professional. It was well located with a supermarket and cafes within walking distance, 15 mins by bus from the airport, and a 30 minute bus ride from Queenstown cbd. I would definitely stay there again.

Fully equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean and spacious room. Close to amenities and located 2 minutes from a local bus stop that runs right beside the airport and Frankton bus exchange. Will definitely stay here again.
