Leaving bread trays stacked on entry not a good coming to reception. More finesse at reception. Felt iike you were disturbing there afternoon. Not very good customer service. Have stayed at this establishment a number of times. Shocked at the non service.

Property was good. Nice and quiet. The rooms were a little disappointing. The second floor had a very unusual smell that was not favorable. When we walked into our room the smell Intensified. We thought it would air out over the course of our stay. After the second day it was complete unbearable. It smelled like someone had cooked fish and left it in the sink or something. We brought it up to house keeping and the front desk and the said they would see what they could do. But nothing ever got done to our knowledge. The shower head was broken and spilled out the side. The washer and dryer were having problems the bathroom fan stopped working. The carpets in the halls had big stains. The restaurant in the lobby was amazing and the parking garage was super safe. You need to have a room key to access the garage so it kept my mind at ease. All in all the staff were very friendly, and tried to be helpful. But the smell was pretty bad.

Overall comfortable stay - pillows not great but the room was quite large with bonus of washer and dryer in bathroom. Staff were nice. Parking is limited but we were lucky enough to get a park - parking was free

Great property but let down by it's cleaners

We booked a one-bedroom executive apartment at the Ramada Suites Wyndham Queenstown Remarkables Park for four nights. The arrival and check-in process were easy as we had paid in full for our apartment. We had secure parking in their basement carpark. Our room overlook the Remarkables mountain and it was a lovely view. The kitchen had a large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, sink, cutlery, a couple of pots and a pan, cooktop and rangehood, kettle, coffee plunger, toaster and coffee and tea. The king bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning was good for the apartment; good lighting throughout with a table and four chairs; two couches and a coffee table; and a large TV. The bathroom had a washing machine and a dryer; small sink with a drawer; toilet; shower and heated towel rail. However, the bathroom lacked space for toiletries as the drawer was being used for storage of hairdryer and other items. The bedroom also was lacking in storage space such as a few drawers. The only disappointment for us was the lack of cleanliness in the apartment, and also the lack of consistent supply of amenities such as washing liquid, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner – all of which we ran out of during our stay. We had to call the desk and request these items which really is not good service.

Nice, convenient

The room was very nice and clean, comfortable bed and shower. Close to the airport (not quite walkable, but a short taxi), walkable to some restaurants but I'd recommend taking the time to go downtown. My room did come with a washer/dryer that was an absolute fiasco - soaking wet clothes at 10PM. Conveniently there is a 24 hour laundromat just off the lobby...

The room is small but adequate for 1 night. We stayed here after two days of plane travel so we wanted some time to get over our jetlag. On the most part this place worked but I found the staff uninterested. It almost felt like I had checked in to a hostel. Outside the front door, there were two staff members (two young girls) playing around in a shopping cart. This didn't bother me but it gives the impression of a hostel again.
