Stayed Feb 2025 for 3 nights. Room had a view of the lake and was clean, bed was comfortable. Walking distance to the town centre where there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and shopping. Bit disappointed that the hotel restaurant/bar stopped serving at 9pm and one night we struggled to have an order accepted at 8.45pm. Parking very limited on hotel premises, book in advance if you need this. Otherwise free parking in side roads opposite the hotel as advised by hotel staff.

Beautiful views

Beautiful views from all 3 windows on 2nd floor. Well equipped with washing machine and dryer an all kitchen facilities. Great restaurant and bar on site.

The rooms were dirty, the carpet worned out, no nightstands in one bedroom. The kitchenette was not cleaned properly. The matresses very bad. This hotel needs a renovation! I will never stay there again!!

Unfortunately our room smelled of sewage every night we arrived home. We brought it up to the management and they had the cleaning crew check into it, and the problem was temporarily fixed for a day but began to persist again the following day.

Great room, loved having our own washer/dryer. We were fortunate enough to find parking near the hotel whenever we had to. Easy walk into downtown and the peninsula, but be aware it’s all uphill on the way back!

Close to town. Only 5 minutes walk, uphill going back to hotel, via gardens. Room large, clean and modern with added bonus of fridge and lots of sports channels on tv. No safe but reception happy to keep valuables secure. Parking can be an issue as hotel as limited spaces and most streets had 2 hour limits during daytime hours. We were lucky as found an all day space. Friendly staff who were most helpful. Would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again should i return to Queenstown.
