Friendly, helpfull reception. Clean, tidy apartment with a fabulous view over Lake Wakatipu and the beautiful mountains. Easy car parking under the unit. We enjoyed the spacious apartment that came with bathroom and kitchen amenities, aircon, gas fireplace, room service and access to a washing machine and tumble drier. This lovely accommodation was great value for money, and highly recommendable. We stayed in the supersuite one bedroom.

All you need
We stayed there for a couple of days. Lots of room and a very cozy athmosphere. The breakfast was in the apartement and was rich. The view is nice! It‘s a little walk outside of the city centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights, spoilt only by the very loud bathroom fan which goes on with the lights (they need to separate the lights from the fan); water turned off without notice for 10-15 minutes (unfortunately I was in the shower and when I asked reception they said maintenance had to replace a filter - why did this have to happen at 10:30am?); TV remote not working all the time in the lounge (and bedroom remote would not work with the lounge tv even though same brand); sofas in lounge too large for the space; pillows a bit lumpy. Despite that, location and other aspects of the apartment were fine.

The unit we had was up a driveway that had huge potholes, kitchen equipment average, and underfloor heating in the bathroom not working. The staff were excellent and helpful, and it was lovely and quiet. It's very average compared to another venue I've stayed in, central Queenstown, for the same cost.

From the photographs on-line the impression was each room had a lake view (we felt we were in the dungeon, with no view), additionally the rooms appeared larger in the photographs then they were in reality (very small) also large amount of stairs to reach your room, if mobility issues forget about booking this place.
