The room smell of bleach so strong it sting your eyes. First night, the upper of the bunk bed where my friend sleeping fell into my head while in deep sleep. Bruises on my head and ear. $20 worth of our food went missing. The reception Emilia reassure to find it but when she saw us didn’t say a thing. I guess the location is accessible to shop the only thing we like.

Nice hostel with many friendly people in it. Stayed in the private cabin. Enough space, all I needed just next door in shared kitchen and bathroom

The staff were so nice! Really great place to stay on a budget too. Very nice location- you can walk right down to shops, hikes, and other fun activities. LOVED it! Would definitely book again :)

My Queen room absolutely with no sound proof at all,you can hear everything single conversation from next room and overall this place is pretty run down but staffs is very friendly.

Decent room and beds, clean, friendly staff, and a fair price. Ramon the dog was extremely cute and an effective security pupper. I was sad not to have met the local kitty cats I was advised of, but you can't have everything :-)

Good stay here. Booked private room - was a seperate building outside with short walk into main building for bathroom and kitchen. All pretty clean - room was a bit heavy with smell or air freshener. Parking is tight but generally available. Easy walk into Queenstown (~15 min) for main sites/attractions in town.

Nice hotel, staff very friendly, room was clean, plenty of shared areas, easily walkable Only noticed it could use a couple more bathrooms/showers, but with as busy as the hotel was, we had to shower it was never more than a 5 minute wait. Definitely would stay here again! Loved it.

This was a great backpackers to stay at overall. The only thing I think needs to be noted is that I believe there was a leak in our "cabin". The room was musty smelling and at times the carpet felt damp.
