nous avons fait des visites sur les conseils du gérant, le tour du volcan, un tour en bateau des lacs et des randonnées pour admirer les cascades. le personnel est vraiment gentils

The service was impeccable, the restaurant was incredible, parking was easy, rooms were rustic, sights were beautiful.

We loved our stay at this beautifully designed hotel. The views are amazing, the food and wine are delicious, and best of all, the owners Monica and Rodrigo, and the staff are so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Chiloé is definitely worth a visit, and the Estancia is in a fantastic location with lots to see and do. Even though we were only there for a couple of days, we still managed to visit Castro, hike in the national park, and take a boat trip to see the penguins at Punihuil on our way back to Chile. We really hope we’re lucky enough to come back one day. We need more pisco sour!

Great secluded location and the dinners were fantastic.

The bed wasnt that confortable, also was tilted towars the headbord, making it a bit akward to sleep on

Hotel aconchegante, funcionários simpáticos . Entrega o que promete
