Lamentablemente no era lo q esperaba, no pudimos usar la piscina hasta el siguiente día ,no estaba limpia y el químico aún en el agua, el lugar sucio, la verdad no fue de nuestro agrado,

My booking included 2 restrooms which is why I originally booked it since I was with family and my room only included 1. Luckily they made the switch but then afterwards the water in the shower flooded throughout the unit. Maintenance said it was a common issue there. I see why this place is still up, food is good but maybe invest in ur rooms. My entire area by the pool was dirty could have been cleaned up in 10 min but nope and the worker said it was ready that’s why we switched as well.

The customer service at the hotel was excellent. I also enjoyed the nicely air conditioned room. The hotel is away from the hustle bustle of the center, but only 2 1/2 blocks away. The view from the restaurant is outstanding.
