Property needs bit of a facelift not as luxurious as I thought it would be from photos It was a weekend when we arrived so lots of locals had come to the hotel and music and sports matches on the TVs were blasting out by the pool, quiter and more relaxing on Monday Surrounding trees and views were lovely and great seeing monkeys and birds snd a sloth from our balcony which was such a highlight Room 326 had a great balcony for wildlife spotting Breakfast was average

Great place for family. The beach was within walking distance. We had monkey on our balcony every day, even had a sloth we could see in a tree as well. Very helpful staff! Enjoyed our stay!

The location of the hotel was great. Very close to Manuel Antonio park, with gorgeous views of the ocean. The property amenities were wonderful. However, the rooms although spacious and clean were in need of remodeling.

My husband and I appreciated our ocean view room and balcony. A amazing view. Saw lots of monkeys (learned we needed to lock the sliding door to keep them out of the room!) and loved seeing the sloths doing their thing in the trumpet tree. Room was comfortable-a mirror outside of the bathroom would have been helpful along with more towel racks or hooks. Our tv didn’t always work and we were told the internet was the issue. Power also went out a few times during our stay (we experienced a few thunderstorms). Staff were overall friendly and helpful - solid customer service for sure. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing construction during our stay (I wish this fact was disclosed on Expedia) and it was incredibly noisy over a few days - when I told the front desk we were offered a gift certificate to use in the restaurant which was some compensation. Restaurant was pleasant with good quality food. A local musician performed in the restaurant one night which was a welcome change from the sometimes overly loud pop music that played in the pool area. In such a beautiful location, the too loud mostly old American music detracted from the experience. Beautifully landscaped, lovely walk to Biesanz beach. We also walked all the way to Manuel Antonio beach but that was quite the hike.

We stayed with the magnificent trees of Costa Rica. Monkeys sometimes visited our patio with butterflies dancing below. The staff was warm, eager to make us feel welcome, prepared yummy local breakfast, and connected us to wonderful tours. It felt like we were in a living painting. We are grateful for all the conservation efforts from the locals so the world can have safe breaths. Gracias. Pura Vida.

We were very excited to stay at the property based off of the reviews we read when planning our trip. I was disappointed with our room. It was not very clean and it’s needs a lot of TLC. We did love seeing the monkeys on our way to breakfast.

Everything about this place was great. The views, the monkeys and toucans we could see from our balcony, the sloths down the beach, the golf cart and breakfast, and even the bottles of water for the road when we checked out
