We were there with a large group of 10! Leading a tour is a challenge and we always hope a hotel we book will live up to the hype and this one did for the most part! Lovely setting- animals on the property, rooms clean and lovely. We enjoyed the pool and restaurant! The only issues we had were a really bad attitude from a waiter in the restaurant :/ and the issue of repeatedly being asked to pay our check out bills when we’d already done so. There needs to be an improved we tracking system on that please. Other than that we LOVED our stay!

The staff was nice and friendly, but the hotel itself is very dated. The unit we had had a bad odor in our room inspite of the air conditioning. The breakfast was average. The resort did not check all the boxes for us. We stayed 2 nights.

Staff was very nice. Close to everything and the apartment option was great for our mixed group. Kitchen cookware was not usable, but otherwise all was clean. Staff was great. They helped us book a Catamaran Tour and let us have late check-out to shower after our trip.
