There was a strong paint odor coming from the vent. I called the front desk, they said they were painting something in the parking lot in the middle of the night. It could have been fatal if nobody realise that. The staffed apologized, but that didn't fix the issue. Very disappointing.

We have been staying at this property in Queretaro for about 12 years, at least once a year for about 10 days. All staff is top notch, attentive and professional. Food quality is very good. The in-property restaurant has been recently remodeled and the new concept looks and feels a bit more upscale. Very good property in a great location. Will come back again very soon :)
