Un hotel pequeño pero con lo necesario para funcionar perfectamente y sin problemas. La habitación cómoda y de muy buen tamaño al igual que el baño. Excelente ubicación, el estacionamiento a dos cuadras antes de llegar al hotel sobre la misma calle, lo volveré a utilizar sin dudas.

Cute boutique hotel with courtyard in a great location with very friendly staff. Large room with sitting area. What would have made it better, more selection at breakfast although it is a plus that breakfast is provided. Also as a boutique hotel newer looking towels could only help its image. I have already recommended this hotel and will stay there again. It’s a little gem!!

Great location. Did not like that the door locks were like house locks that you lock from the inside. The chain lock was broken. New towels and wash clothes needed...they were worn and dingy. The staff was amazing although no one spoke English.

The place is beautiful, staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are a little inconvenient as my mother is in a wheelchair and there is no accessibility, parking is safe and ample but it’s two blocks away which is understandable as the hotel is located in the historic center of Querétaro. Breakfast was good but not many options. Kitchen staff very friendly and welcoming. Overall all it was a pleasant experience!
