Lots of mold in the bathroom, on the curtains and on the furniture. Old curtains with stains as well as the bed sheets they were not changed it was the exact same bedsheets with the exact same stains and sewed holes. Hotel rooms need to be better kept. Ice cold showering water. The property It’s self is beautiful everything outside the rooms is beautiful as well as the animals.

Nice place that disappointed me a lot

We have been 4 people in two rooms. Great place, first you feel like paradise. Some rooms smell moldy, we had to change it, broken things here and there. One aircondition made loud sounds, so that you cannot sleep well. Also may rooms are close to the beautiful peacocks, but they make a lot of noise all night long. The restaurant offers a menu via QR Code. When you go there it is more expensive and the menue is smaller. The waiters are very slow and cannot remember what you ordered. The starters have been served with the main dishes. A bottle of white wine came kind of warm without a bucket of ice. The Hotel should habe a bar, it was closed. Breakfast: Toast came cold. They had no black tee. Waiter slow again even if the restaurant was more or less empty. And the little Pools with the fountains are not maintained and very green and disgusting. Its very sad because even an old building this could be a little paradise if.......

When my husband and I got to this hotel our expedia reservation was not showing on their system. Nevertheless, the personnel was very efficient and solve it giving us the presidential suite, the only room available. The room was nice and we had a very good night sleep.

En lo personal nada me gustó Alberca sucia Nunca sirvió la tele El Internet falla mucho Habitación sucia Había una maleta olvidada de la persona previa y nadie lo notó. Hasta q la dueña llegó a. Buscarla y estaba en el clóset. Yo olvidé una bolsa y nadie se hizo responsable nunca me enseñaron los videos de seguridad que solicité y sólo cuentan con una cámara, a la cual no tienen acceso. Si va no se hospeden ahí.

Me gustaron las instalaciones el hotel es muy bonito. No me gustó que el acceso a internet es muy limitado a las areas comunes. Solo un enchufe por habitación y cucarachas en la habitación. El restaurante del hotel cierra a las 8.00pm.

El concepto del hotel es muy lindo pero está muy descuidado y sucio. El baño de mi habitación tenía telarañas con bichos atrapados en ellas, la habitación olía a humedad y las cortinas estaban sucias y con bichos muertos, aplastados, pegados. La cama super incómoda Una de las cosas que nos atrajo del hotel es que se muestra una sala de juegos con mesa de billar, y cuando fuimos es un cuarto casi abandonado, extremadamente sucio, apestoso, la mesa y el equipo de billar incompleto y en pésimas condiciones. El lugar tiene mucho potencial pero de momento no lo está explotando.
