Tome la opción de pago a la llegada (casi siempre pago anticipadamente), me llamaron para pedir información bancaria para asegurar mi reserva aunque he sido cliente frecuente del Hotel. Estaba manejando en autopista y me dijeron que si no la proporcionaba en el momento cancelarían mi reserva. Mas tarde enviaron un mensaje vía Whatsapp pidiendo nuevamente confirmará o me cancelarían mi reserva. Llegue y no respetaron el tipo de habitación que reserve, me dieron la ultima que decían tener disponible, una habitación que no me resulto conveniente, no fue lo que yo había contratado. Cuantas veces necesitan que se les confirme para respetar una reserva? El personal, amable pero indiferente, pareciera que esto ya es recurrente.

Conveniently located of a major highway but only 20 min from Alameda park. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Staff was attentive and breakfast is good. Price is middle range

I'd book this hotel again for sure
In general everything was really good. They kindly allowed us to check in early around 1pm. Staff was always friendly, breakfast is awesome, they have 24/7 room service. The location is close to everything. The pool is small but my only not so happy moment was the unique day I went to the pool, they have a Switch to call for service in the pool, but it was not working. So I called the front desk from my phone, asking them to send someone, since I wanted a drink.. they said they would go, but they never did. But the day I was checking out, I called asking for a late check-out, and they immediately said yes. So, it was almost perfect after all.

Extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning works well. The water was warm and the showers are exceptional. The location was near the middle of the city and everything seemed relatively close. The staff was attentive. Lastly, the breakfast was very good. What more can you ask for?
