Pésimo servicio
Salimos de cali a las 5pm para llegar tipo 8 pm, desde que salimos intentamos llamar en repetidas ocasiones al teléfono que aparece en la reservación pero sonaba directamente a buzón, cuando llegamos al lugar nos informaron que ya no tenían convenio con ustedes por lo que esa noche nos tocó dormir en el carro por que no habían hoteles disponibles Pésimo servicio

Mala la reserva
Cuando llamamos a solicitar la dirección para llegar nos dijeron que no tenían la reserva y que ya estaban full, que lo sentían mucho. Nos recomendaron al Hostal los Almendros en Quimbaya y al llegar allí nos decepcionamos del lugar y del costo que nos iban hacer pagar por un servicio muy sencillo a diferencia de lo que habíamos reservado y al mismo precio. Al preguntarle a la sra de la recepción del costo normal de la estadía nos sorprendemos pues nos estaban cobrando casi que el doble de lo que le cobraban a los demás, todo porque ya habían negociado con Finca Hotel Heron dicho precio. Mientras íbamos en carretera nos contactamos con hoteles.com, tipo 6:00 pm, pero allí se demoraron 3 horas para pasar al áreas de reservas para que nos solucionaran. A las 9:30 después de nosotros también estar buscando hospedajes por nuestra cuenta se pudo acceder a otro hotel que si contaba con disponibilidad para 2 adultos y 1 niño, se le brindó la información al asesor de reservas y este pudo así solucionar nuestro hospedaje, teniendo que pagar solo el valor del hospedaje anterior y hoteles.com hacerse cargo del diferencial . A las 10 pm pudimos por fin llegar a descansar, para seguir nuestro camino hacia Medellín al día siguiente
