Why pay more for a brand new remodeled room with excellent bedding? Loved free parking directly outside our room. Did I mention quiet? Support a local investor bring back a historic hotel near the River. 78 bucks total via a special rate. The reservation clerk was awesome and gave us a great choice to order pizza to our room.

Never judge a book by its cover, this place is absolutely beautiful!! The lady assisting us with check in was so kind. She gave us waters and showed us where breakfast would be and how to get up to our room. Our room was very nice and clean. They have full size shampoos and body wash. The beds were nice and soft. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re visiting the area, book this hotel. We will be back again soon.

Staff rudely and for no reason ejected mysel and disabled son after having paid in full days in advance. Divorced dad and disabled son visiting daughter in Quincy. Desk staff stated my son was not actually disabled because they saw him walk in. He uses full length leg/hip braces to walk and has severe mental disability. He is a great son we are very proud of him! I pleaded it was very difficult and stressful to move him on short notice. At first he smiled as usual however when she called him a faker to his face and she didnt care who he was felt it was his fault. We were insulted, , and intend to bring legal action against the owners in Seattle Washington who to date have ignored our repeated requests for remedy. Not recommended especially if you or guest have visible disabilities. Will avoid at all costs. Far better hotels in Quincy. Food options were dominos or the bbq place nexrt door .Bed had musty smell as did the restroom and obvious sub-standard remodel. The bef was comfortable.

A diamond in the rough.

This is an older hotel with very comfortable beds. Its right downtown near the other hotels. It is clean and quiet due to a list of common sense behavior rules that you will have to sign when when you register. Don't expect a four star breakfast at this price, but if you want a place for a good night's sleep, at a great price, and don't want to disturb the other guests, do drugs or party like a fool, then this is your hotel.

We decided to stay at the Heritage because it had good reviews but also because it was within walking distance of Riverside BBQ. Neither establishment disappointed. Due to the cheap price of the room, I did not expect much. But the room was clean and spacious with indications that the hotel was recently renovated. Due to the street layout, and with the Mississippi bordering the rear of the hotel, the room was extremely quiet. Great sleeping.
