Property shows some wear and tear in the pool area and hallways wear there’s a lot of traffic. The rooms are nice and the decor is on point for their brand. Had a nice breakfast and hot showers. Down falls were they kicked us out of the pool for adult swim even though their was a whole group of us their for an event and no adults present. I could understand if there was adults wanting quite time but that was not the case. They also did not have any anti slip shower mats available. Over all good stay

Wonderful place! Staff is great!
We stopped in unexpectedly and booked through hotels.com. They were accommodating of my dog who wasn’t on my reservation and gave us a room that made it easy to let her out. We ordered pizza and they offered to bring it to our room since we had our hands full with a grumpy toddler and newborn. They were so kind and we will definitely be staying here again.

Nice room, very quiet, dated. had to wait for someone to come to front desk at check-in and checkout, had to go ask for a server for the bar, when he arrived, acted like it was a bother & was like we didnt know what we where asking for. " im a bartender". terribly over priced drinks. had a themed room and the fireplace was broke, pool was closed, seemed to have no maintenance workers or housekeeping at check in.

Room hold fees a major frustration.
I was charged a $25 hold fee when they took my payment at the desk. A month later I'm still fighting to get that deposit back. It's been nothing but frustrating.

The decor gave a nice comfortable country feeling in the middle of town. Pool area was amazing. Breakfast was really good. Definitely will stay here again if we are in the area!

It was clean and comfortable. It included free breakfast which was nice. Typical free hotel breakfast. Wifi was not very strong, kept dropping out. My room on the 3rd floor was pretty noisy at night. I get the sense that this would be a better choice for a family than a single adult. TV channel options weren't very good. All in all I had a nice stay, though.

The decor of hotel was very comfortable. Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff was sparse,had to wait for staff at front desk. Person working in breakfast area wasn’t very friendly. Other than those few things. Will stay again
