Wow, my experience was great! Customer service is excellent and staff members are super friendly. Alejandro was very helpful and ensured are needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you team Decu Downtown!

This is our 2nd time around 1at time was OK (1 year ago) hotel was under remodel. This time around Hotel is still under remodel (working notice during day), food was the same buffet except this time many items were cold even at start of buffet and NOT replenished, if you got lucky to get something good, otherwise out of luck as they didn't replanished. Being an "all inclusive" the variety was very limited and or down to cheap items flavorless very basic, same as drinks. As for room Nothing compared to a year ago. This time Room had No towels, when tried to call front desk the "Phone" was there but unable to plug to wall jack as phone was unable to connect (old phone/bad jacks) No remote control for TV, AC leaking above ceilings in restroom, no hot water, shower took very long to drain so your feet be underwater while taking shower. Although we told front desk that wife had a broken foot and we needed a lower level room they gave us a 3rd floor room with no elevator. The swimming pool was "opaque in color" so we did not feel confortable to use (looked dirty) When we explained issues with room to front desk They didn't resolved issues nor offered to get us into another room. When confronted with cold food we were just brushed off saying that's how it came out of kitchen without offering a meet with manager. In short 1 year ago seemed to have had MUCH BETTER management This time around MANAGEMENET/FACILITY much to be desired Unfortunately to the point we will NOT return

The room is gorgeous is one off the best room the I have stayed in.
