Stayed there for 3 nights and was great, staff is very friendly, location is perfect and rooms are clean and spacious, the only downside is having a room with street view because it can get noisy, interior rooms are much better. Overall the hotel is great, I will stay there again next time I go to Quito.

Such a beautiful place to stay. We couldn't have asked for better service. Two mornings we had to leave very early and a breakfast was provided for us. We needed some specific transporation and we had it. We wanted a few unique tours and we got them. We needed a room change (due to aging knees), and we got it. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place to also just hang out and play cards and relax inbetween our adventures.
