Wonderful hotel and staff, has to be one of the nicest hotels in Quito. The area around the property is unsafe after the sun goes down so either have a car or Uber, during the day it’s not as bad. The power outages also make some streets very dark.

Modern hotel close to one of the entertainment districts with several dining options and approximately 4 km from the historic city centre. Rooms are clean and spacious. All staff I interacted with were pleasant and courteous. An enjoyable stay and I would stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel. The room is huge and clean. The only issue I had is the hot water. I couldn’t make it warm. It was either cold or scorching hot. They tried to fix it but it didn’t work. The staff in the restaurant was amazing. The gym looked well equipped. I would stay here again but I’d check on the shower situation first.

Quiet place, nice area, plenty of dinning options where to eat in the area, the hotel is very very clean and there is a nice souvenir market walk distant from the hotel. Their breakfast I miss it now….. Good Wi-Fi connexion even to wait for your Uber ride right outside the building…..
