The hotel didn't give me the room I booked. I booked a room with two beds and a desk. But when I checked in, they gave me a room with one bed and no desk. I picked and booked the room because I needed a desk, but the hotel gave me a different room. When I requested a different room, the hotel gave me a room again, this time with a desk but only one bed. This room was also not the one I had booked. I was exhausted and didn't want to talk to the hotel about this anymore, so I took the room they assigned me. I also booked at the VIP level on Expedia, and although Expedia said the hotel would provide special services for VIPs, there were no such services. This needs to be improved.

Very nice and certainly a clean hotel with comfortable rooms and amazing staff. Also had great dining options and the breakfast buffet was good value and had plenty of options. Walked around the area a little bit and felt safe.

The stay was very comfortable and even though we don't speak Spanish, the staff spoke English well enough to converse. Great food in the restaurant for a good price. It was super having shuttle service to and from airport for a small fee. Staff was super nice!

My husband and I enjoyed our week-long stay at Ibis. the breakfast was yummy, the location is great, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I highly recommend staying here to any foreign or local visitors!
