Het Hotel had bevestiging gestuurd voor accoord. Dag voor aankomst stuurde Hakim van Hotel bericht dat hij net de boeking had gezien. Helaas was het appartement niet beschikbaar. Hij zou wat anders regelen. Wij toch naar Hotel en hoorden daar dat Hakim een groep bruiloftsgasten had geboekt. Hij had receptie opdracht gegeven om Buitenlandse gasten af te wimpelen. Heeft ons vervolgens in een “afbraakappartent” geplaatst omdat wij niets meer konden vinden. Wilde 20% meer geld omdat andere complex groter zou zijn. Hebben Boekprijs betaald. Advies van ons aan Hotels.com : SCHRAP DIT HOTEL

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cette villa magnifique, la vue sur la mer est exceptionnelle.Nous avons également profité de la climatisation dans toutes les pièces qui venait juste d'être installée (un vrai bonheur car il faisait chaud à notre arrivée) - la piscine est super! les repas pris au bord de celle ci avec le coucher de soleil c'est magique! Mon mari et moi occupions la superbe chambre spacieuse avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons eu un petit soucis de douche Hakim fut très réactif, il a immédiatement fait intervenir un plombier. Un grand merci à Hakim et au personnel pour les petites attentions. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, copieux et varié. Un seul petit bémol: la cuisine (contrairement à ce qui est noté sur certains sites elle n'est pas accessible aux hôtes) j'avais sélectionné cette villa pour sa beauté et pour la cuisine car c'est pour moi un critère très important car j'aime cuisiner même en vacances. Nous avons cependant pu y accéder pour réchauffer au four quelques plats achetés tout prêts. N'hésitez pas à goûter les tajines, nous avons pris 2 fois la tajine de veau aux artichauts et petits pois (un vrai régal) Merci Hakim pour votre disponibilité et votre aide tout au long de notre séjour

Dans cet établissement tout était parfait en commençant par l hôte Monsieur Hakim Iraqui jusqu'à aux employés en commençant par la gentille Fatiha qui gérait tout à merveille , la cuisinière qui préparait des plats délicieux et par le sympathique Rachid qui était toujours à nos services. Ce staff m a permis de passer d agréables vacances avec ma famille et mes amis . Avec mes amitiés à tous . Je reviendrai sûrement pour d autres vacances à cet établissement !
