Beautiful place to stay!

Overall place was very nice beautiful views . Parking lot was very dirty garbage all over the place .

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing and the houseboat itself was spotless, comfortable and really well equipped. We especially loved the rooftop deck — such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. Communication was excellent throughout and everyone we dealt with was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delivered fresh every morning and could be tailored to exactly what you wanted, which was such a lovely touch. Everything about the stay felt really well thought out, from the amenities on board to the fantastic service. Such a unique way to stay in São Miguel and one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay again!

We had a stellar host, Cristina. She was very attentive, helpful and always there to go the extra mile. Lots of great suggestions regarding potential itineraries. We loved the sound of the ocean and view from the rooftop in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine. Her buffet and a la carte breakfast was delicious! We would return without hesitation.

The Octant Furnas was a wonderful place to stay in Furnas. It was in a great location to walk to town, or to drive to various parts of the island. The rooms were comfortable and the staff were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the daily iced teas in the lobby and the breakfast was amazing. We ate dinner in the restaurant three times during our stay and that food was excellent too. It was great to come back and soak in the thermal pools after a hike. Highly recommended.

Amazing place and staff and location
