Old world but charming
Super location. Brilliant to have parking opposite the hotel. Good shower and bedding. Recommend warmly. The reception is very helpful. We ate there one night. It was adequate. Not the best Aperol Spritz we’ve had.

Excellent Location and Welcoming
Excellent location in Ragusa Ibla by the botanical park and a short walk to the Duomo. The breakfast buffet selection of items was quite large and was one of the better ones on our trip thru Sicily. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable enough. I give it high marks for cleanliness. Some of the previous reviews mentioned poor Wi-FI, but I found it to be quite good.

A lovely hotel
The location is perfect right in the middle of Ibla. the room was fairly comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and breakfast was excellent too. It is not difficult to find parking in the streets nearby and the hotel has its own car park nearby(ask for a pass). The difficulty lies in the one way streets surrounding the hotel which makes it difficult at times to navigate. So if driving, leave the car as soon as you can and walk. A couple of points to improve: the hotel should address the lighting in the room we had and send customers a basic map of the nearby streets, showing the local car parks when booking is confirmed.

A perfect base
We were looking for somewhere from which to explore this region of Sicily and settled on Ragusa which thankfully is not overly touristy, and the area of Ibla could not have better suited our needs. The hotel is in a quiet area, and is comfortable and friendly, with a superb choice for breakfast, certainly enough upon which to set off on a long walk in the gorgeous countryside. There is a bus nearby that takes one to the train and bus stations although they are not quite as frequent as one would like. This said, the quiet of the area is what one appreciates. Also Ragusa, particularly the upper part, is terrific for cuisine. Try Trattoria del Lupo.

A Wonderful Visit to Sicily
A very modern and comfortable hotel right in downtown Ragusa. Couldn't be better located. Excellent and helpful staff. Great shower and bathroom with lots of shelving and hooks. Wish all hotels would understand that women especially, need shelves to put their cosmetics et al, on. Great and luxurious in this hotel.

This is a lovely small hotel. It is not fancy but very comfortable and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is street parking but the streets are VERY narrow. Breakfast so so.

Great location for ragusa ibla
Great hotel, close to historical centre of Ragusa Ibla. staff very friendly and helpful - more than most of the hotel staff from Canneto, Lipari. Room was always clean, and the breakfast options were really homey. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable

Hotel parking is on the street, so it can be tricky, also lots of one-way streets so navigation in the old parts of Ragusa Ibla is tricky. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our rom was small, clean, and reasonably well appointed. The bed was hard, as is common in Italy. Breakfast (included) was a exceptionally large buffet, consisting of the usual fruits, cereals, breads, cheeses, meats, and pastries, with the additional unusual items being a large assortment of small pastries, similar to christmas cookies in the US. The orange juice is fresh squeezed. The downside of our stay was that they start making breakfast at 6am, and the noise woke us up. Overall a nice place to stay, and Ragusa Ibla is lovely.

Difficult to reach but well worth it!
As we were driving, we found it difficult to reach as there are many winding little roads. But, once there, we truly enjoyed the hotel: clean, quiet, balcony with view of garden, friendly and very civil staff and abundant continental breakfast, the likes of which you don't get in too many places.You really get your money's worth!!

You really get your money's worth. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the historical center. It was a small but very adequate space, welll furnished and very clean. The staff could not have been friendlier and helpful. The breakfast was extravagant. Continental breakfast but tons of it and a great variety of local pastry. Very close to the main sights, but a bit difficult to find if you're driving because of all the winding little streets. It was all worth it!!

Very good place to stay in Ragusa Ibla
The hotel is very conveniently located with free parking. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable and the staff are extremely kind and welcoming. The heating unit in the room is a bit noisy, but that is the only gripe I have and not a very important one. Excellent breakfast. Highly reccommended.

Quaint and clean
The hotel is in the heart of old Ragusa, great for seeing the sights in this historic district. Our room was clean, had nice windows, but rather noisy in the early evening and morning from other rooms and street noise. Bed comfort and bathrooms about average for Italian middle grade hotel. Continental breakfast was excellent with good selection of breads, fruit, etc.
