Totally unorganised Check in took 30 mins Could not see booking as could not find exercise book ! Anyway we booked 4 rooms they insisted we only booked 2. After showing proof finally gave us rooms . Staff u friendly and unhelpful would not give me receipt as their system does not allow them!!!’
