The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortably. The hotel in general was very quiet, which was refreshing. The bartender 5/23 in the evening was phenomenal. Incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely would stay here again

It was an easy check in upon my arrival. The two gentlemen greeted me and made everything quick. The only thing I was say was that the breakfast could have had better options. Our toilet was acting up so the nice gentleman was able to switch our rooms to get it resolved I will definitely be back to stay

Very clean and all efficient place to stay at. All I can suggest is to go more vegan and allow the customer service reps to pick the music played just to make it more fun for them. Everything else is pretty solid.

I was offered the chance to waive housekeeping during my stay when I checked in online - which I did. But housekeeping cleaned my room every single day anyway. Comfortable, clean, convenient to Duke campus and Hospital. Sleep disrupted by footfalls of person in room above me. Wished for better insulation between floors!

I loved your hotel, it's location, it's ambiance there were a few minor adjustments I would like to see. One is a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The other is I ordered a Caesar salad to go from the bar and it was served in a cardboard box with the dressing leaking through the bottom. A plastic container would have served much better. Other than that perfect stay with comfortable beds and great bathrooms!!!

Durham Cozy Stay

Great stay!! Put us in the middle of everything. Room was comfortable and cozy!! Only improvement I noticed was the wallpaper could have been applied better. Not a deal breaker but, could be a quirk for some.
