Everything was good the bed was comfortable I did see one or 2 roaches but it’s North Carolina and it is hot so I can understand other than that check inn and out was amazing

What I liked was they moved us to a better room when we complained what I did not like was the false advertisement for breakfast they gave us a bag breakfast and not the continental breakfast advertised on the website with the waffles coffee hot food and juice machine

The AC in the room was leaking when we notified the staff they said they already knew and that they had trash cans and towels down for that reason and they still rented us the room! Never offered us a different room.

Disgusting dirty room. Pest control barged into our room when we were in there to spray for “ants”. Pubic hair found on the phone, and the chair in the corner was disgusting. Avoid!

Please check your bathroom towels I was appalled to find a towel that had poop on it and it was folded up with the clean ones as well the room had ants and the furniture.had food stains on the table and nightstand. Very nasty .

Staffing was amazing the two different guys I talked to…… but the rooms where not good at all our first room and ants in the beds and the ac isn’t work, bathroom door was broken, peep hole has a piece of toilet paper in place or the actual glass it looks like then we were given a second room and there was still ants in that room and the furniture was either broken or missing drawers.
