This location was perfect for a visit to Raleigh. Not far from any place we wanted to go. Close to IHOP, Walmart. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast needed a daily variety, but overall we liked this hotel. Clean.

The room was very quiet and comfortable. Bedding was soft and comfy, air temp was great, ac unit was quiet, breakfast was very good, with a broad offering of treats and proteins. The staff was very friendly, energetic and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

I would not stay in Best Western Plus Edison Inn in Garner, NC. This is not your typical Best Western. This property was old, the rooms smelled, and the check-in experience was atrocious. I took the front desk person 20 minutes to check me in to my room at 12:30 am in the morning when no one else was around.

I’m curious as to what the plus stands for.. is it plus a dirty wash cloth on your shower rack? Is it plus a coffee maker that doesn’t work? Is it plus a cigarette smell even though it’s non smoking? At this price point we did not expect to get a $60 motel experience.
