This was by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The Clarion Pointe in Holly Springs was absolutely disgusting — from filthy floors and stained bedding to a terrible smell throughout the room. It was so bad that we checked out immediately after seeing the condition of the place. The photos online are completely misleading. The cleanliness and maintenance are unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one carrying the Clarion name. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place needs a complete deep cleaning and serious management attention before anyone should consider staying here.

The front desk attendant was very friendly at check-in. The room smelled like smoke. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was a disaster. It was not put out in a timely manner and the juice and waffle maker were broken.
