The room was worn down, dingy and there was scuffs and marks on every piece of furniture. Hallways and elevators were hot and stuffy. The air conditioner did not keep a steady temperature. There was mystery stains on mostly everything. The bed appeared to be clean and the bathroom was also clean. Pool was unable to be used as it was green. Would not stay again.

This is a 5/10 at the very best

How this place has an 8+ rating I will never understand. Check in staff was very nice. Explained everything well, but the sign indicating that they would no longer rent to people who live within 30 miles of the hotel or accept cash app cards should have been an indicator that the hotel has been used for some questionable activities. One elevator was broken. There was a musty smell in the air that I suppose could have been related to the heavy rains. Our room was OK at best. There was a sticker inside the tub that showed it clearly had not been cleaned properly, cardboard “shims” under the edge of the nightstand, and the hot water took forever to heat up. We were put in a room across from the ice machine and had to be up at 4am for a medical procedure. Hearing ice fall all night wasn’t really part of our plan. There are much nicer hotels in the area for a similar price point, but I would pay extra not to stay here again.

Good Stay

I was in town for the 3rd Annual Adult Recess Festival and this hotel was close by, clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I'll definitely book again when I'm in town
