Okay, the room was a very nice size, which was good. In the room, the little areas of concern were the metal frame the mattress sits on is too long and dangerous for feet, the shower water was UNpleasantly hot. I turned it all the way down to almost off and it never reached a comfortable temperature. The point of greatest concern is that there were no grab bars in the bathroom, and the tub floor was a bit slippery. Also, ice machine was out of order, breakfast beverage machine was out of order, a bathroom right off lobby was out of order. I have pictures of all these concerns.

The AC unit in the room was quite loud. Also, said they had snack vending but there wasn't. And quite a few things were "Out of Order". But the bed was quite comfy and the staff was very friendly!

Cleanliness missing

The staff were very nice. However, the rooms were in bad shape. The hotel room had dirty wash cloths in the bathtub and the toilets were not clean. We decided to stay in the room to avoid causing issues. As we turned down the bed, the sheets were wet and appeared to not be clean. The nice staff put us in another room. The AC did not work in the second room we changed to. The hotel needs upgrades and better cleaning staff.

It was a convenient location for us. The staff was very nice and helpful. The gym and the guest laundry were out of order. Looked liked they were doing some updates because there was carpet and boxes in the lobby.

We spent one night while in town for a wedding. The hotel was fine and bed was comfortable. The check in desk and area around needed an update. There was rolled up carpet which probably meant that a freshen up was happening soon. We enjoyed our brief stay and appreciate that the management allowed us to get into our room an hour early to dress for the wedding we were attending.

Much Help Needed

The air conditioning, though it worked, sounded like a jet plane taking off every time it started and the entire time it was running. We reported it to the desk clerk who seemed shocked. She did offer to change our room but then seemed to be having trouble finding another room even though earlier when we checked in she said they weren’t full. We just stayed in the room. It is also sad that even though the sign states breakfast is served 6-8:30 the staff is almost done tweeting down at 8:15. We stayed here last month for another family event and had similar experience without the roaring AC.

This hotel is in need of several significant repairs. There is evidence of water damage at the entrance, on walls and in corners, and to many carpet tiles. The tiles were warped and so were potential tripping hazards. In addition, the laundry facilities and at least one ice maker did not function. On the other hand, the staff was quite cheerful and always helpful.

This was for sure the most quiet hotel I have ever stayed in. The coffee and breakfast were wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. The only down side we had was that they were waiting to get the pool inspected and had no signs or locks on the gate. The lady who let us know was very kind, and we had no issue. I would just worry that someone who isn't understanding like we were could have sued them if an accident occurred, since there was no signage or locks.
