Convenient to downtown
Convenient location to downtown Raleigh for a reasonable price. Clean but a bit of a musty smell. Overall, fine and would stay there again
My tv wasn’t working properly I contacted the front desk he told me the manager would be here in 5mn after 5mn he says the manager called off I’m sure they were lying to me sweetly 😂😂
I woke up at 4am and found the manager he fixed it no complaints room was clean breakfast was good though
This hotel was great for the price. I would stay here again. It was fine for a family plus it had a pull-out couch so it was great for a family of 4 in town for soccer. Breakfast was great as well, something for everyone.
Close to Walnut Creek amphitheater is the only pro of this hotel. The entire hotel is due for a remodel. Reeks of cigarettes and dirty feet when you walk in the lobby. The hotel room itself is decently sized. The room and hall also smell of smoke and dirty old carpet. The floors were not clean/mopped as there was spilled sticky drink when we stepped in the door. Bathroom was clean. Desk had dried on mascara. Shower creaked loudly. For what we paid, I had higher expectations.

Lack of Parking
No where to park to check-in except FAR from entrance because front desk clerk parked at entrance and a guest was also parked there blocking the driveway for at least 30 minutes.
