Our room was large, which was nice. However, there was mold in the shower and the ceiling had rust. The common areas were not clean. There were cobwebs in several areas and the floor did not look vacuumed at all in the hallways. I can look past a lot of those things, especially for only one night. The worst part, though, was seeing a cockroach in the bathroom. The hotel has potential but needs a serious deep cleaning and upkeep.

This hotel is a great bang for your buck. We needed to be close to children and hospitals. Easy to get where we needed. Nothing fancy but clean and comfy place to sleep.

2 night stay: Nice enough place. When I got there, I was told there was no TV or internet (Spectrum problem) that was solved by the second day. No hot water, just luke-warm water for shower which was very disappointing. I was on the sixth floor and had to explore to the 1st floor to find ice...some signs at least would have been nice. Still, overall it was mostly acceptable for what I needed

It was nice having a pool and breakfast. It seemed short staffed. Room wasn't clean had dirty towel in coach bed, second room had m&m on floor, small bag between bed and couch. We did get fresh sheets to go on couch after moving into a the new room. We pulled all our laundry and placed it in tub and pulled trash for the one cleaning person.

We really enjoyed our stay 😁 We were treated very kindly by the staff and were given a very comfortable suite. Breakfast was well appointed. The only negative would be that the pool heater was not working and the water was far too cold to enjoy a swim ~

Horrible place! We left before the end of the night and found other accommodations! Mold was growing in the room from a leak that made the carpet damp. We could hardly breathe! Also the pool was tiny and filthy. Bathroom not clean. Do not stay here!!!
