The shower curtain needed to be replaced due to some questionable stains. The sheets and bed spread however looked to be clean. I healthier option for breakfast such as some fruit would have been nice. A muffin, cereal, scrambled eggs, and sausage links were the only things I saw. The kitchen and eating area was, however, very clean.

Unfortunately run down.

Unfortunately, this unit was severely run down. The whole hotel smelled musty, and the bottom floor was downright damp. Though the kitchen staff tried, the food selection was pretty dim. The business computer wasn't working, and the desk staff were virtually rude. The hotel simply wasn't very clean.

They have an entire floor dedicated to those who travel with pets. Upon getting off the elevator, the floor smelled like gas or other strong chemicals. The room they gave me smelled like pee and damp carpet. The couch was filled with pet hair. One of the pillows smelled like pee. One of the bulbs in the lamp flickered all night long when it was powered off until I unscrewed it.

This was our second stay here. The first visit, it was OK. Not great but acceptable considering the price. On the second visit, as we checked in I was told that there was a $20 fee because we had a pet. That was not disclosed on the web site and I feel it should have been. When we went down to our room, it smelled bad, the linens were in bad shape, there were stains on the walls and doors and the overall cleanliness was poor. It was obvious that the pet rooms are way below the standards of the nonpet rooms. We will not be staying there again.

I was assigned a room on third floor. When I opened the door I saw that the room was not clean. Went back down to lobby with my luggage and was assigned room on first floor. Room was okay but after being in room I noticed there is no hair dryer and I just killed a mosquito. Worst experience ever in a hotel. I can’t wait for morning so I can leave. Old place!

Nice hotel with good breakfast close to medical center. Have stayed here previously. Had issue with bathroom. Bath / shower had blocked drain. Pretty bad.
