The hotel was ok. I was flying into RDU. My flight was delayed. I knew it would be late and called the hotel 6 hours before to be assured I’d have a late shuttle. The clerk assured me I’d have a late shuttle and where to go to meet it. I arrived at RDU and no shuttle. I called and was advised the shuttle service ended and hour before. Had to resort to a cab that ripped me off on a 4 minute ride. If only the clerk had to me the shuttle ended at 11pm.

The bathroom was extremely dated. Rust in bath tub, peeling wallpaper, stained ceilings. No black out curtains, with just a sheer panel separating our room on the first floor and the parking lot! People walking by could see in! We had to listen to loud music from our neighbors all night. The hotel is like a horrible maze. Dark hallways that just felt unsafe

Beginning, elevator not in use. Had to walk up stairs;lucky to be on second level. No hot water in sink. Shower difficult to work. Hallway is dingy and old. Room somewhat small. Very disappointed as per advertisement.

Hotel was very convenient, close to the airport, and restaurants. I didn’t like the fact that changing sheets and towels were upon request. There were roaches in my room and we had to pay for parking. Will not go back there.

I’ve stayed here twice when I’ve had to catch a super early flight out of RDU. It’s clean, convenient, and quiet. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done, and it does it well. Plus they have complimentary coffee that starts at 4am. 😊
