Staff were all very friendly, which made up for underwhelming accommodations. The room was nothing special, but mostly clean and fine for an overnight near the airport. Shower would not drain which was annoying and a little gross, but manageable for a quick stay over. Would not care to stay longer than one night. For the price it was fine.

My stay was ok. I didnt like that you have to pay $5 a day for parking and you have to pay for breakfast. I also didn't like that the pool water was green. The pictures on line look nothing like the actual hotel's inside.

We stayed here after our flight was cancelled at the Raleigh airport. The Sonesta was everything you need in that situation. Available, close, clean and quiet. The guest services folks were super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. All good!
