Location and staff were great!!!! But looking online, the property is not what it looks in the photos. I felt as if I stepped back into the 90’s. Decor and property needed a desperate update. The entrance into the property was hidden. The parking lot was a disarray. The bottom of bathroom door was all broken. The tub had a light yellowish ring. The coffee maker was not a keurig. The blackout curtains wouldn’t close completely. All that said, the Crabtree mall was very close. Other great shopping and dining were close by. But most of all, the STAFF were very friendly and welcoming. :) That counts for a lot. :)

Sadly, they have insufficient parking. This was an issue on two nights. Also, the single front elevator caused long wait times. There is a back one that is less convenient to get to. Because of these issues, I don't believe I will return. Still, I rate them 4 stars because the people were nice and so was the room, except for the small bathroom.
