We arrived kinda late. The front desk clerk was incredible! She was extremely professional and made sure all our questions were answered. The hotel itself was also incredibly clean, modernized and a pleasure to stay in.

No internet in my room and very spotty and took a long time to connect in the lobby. No signs or codes for a password in my room or provided on checkin either. Also, the bathroom was extremely dirty- hair and dirt on the floor and sink.

A beautiful hotel with a lot of amenities and easy to get to. It is a "loud" hotel due to its construction, however the rooms are very large and have separating bedroom doors. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was great.

Black mold water would not drain
When you walk in the foyer is beautiful. The customer service at the front desk was poor. When checked in I was greeted with an attitude. Our room looked nice until we used any of the faucets and the water would not drain, the toilet gurgled ALL night and the shower would not drain so you were stuck standing in a foot of dirty water. There was also black molding in the shower. When bringing this to their attention they said oh you can grab something for free from the snacks…
