Beds were very hard, water pressure low, pictures online show a hot tub, but there was not one (staff said they wish they would take that picture down), premium room was not stocked daily (it was supposed to be). First time ever that I feel Hilton did not live up to their standards.

Front desk staff were very rude and did not like guests to ask any questions. Airport shuttle service unpredictable and driver rude. Stayed 3 days and never had a housekeeper come to refresh towels, clean, make beds….nothing. Worst Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Do NOT recommend!

The front desk staff member I experienced wasn’t the friendliness. The customer in front of me received a full explanation of services, events and amenities of the hotel. I was given a key and told that all the information was inside the key folder as she called the next person. No smile or eye contact. I felt uncomfortable so I just took the key and walked away.

Everything was fully stocked and clean. The staff were very friendly and we felt very welcome. The pool area was nice as well and was stocked with clean towels. We stayed in the premium suite and it was lovely.
