Overall was good. Check in staff was rude. Check out staff was AMAZING. Website says they have shuttle service, which they do not. That was the entire reason for booking this specific hotel. Room was mostly clean, something splattered on dresser, but we weren't intending to use those anyway. Some moulding coming off the furniture, but that's also whatever. It was fine for our one night stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel — staff were helpful and always courteous… breakfast variety could be improved. Location is convenient to other areas around Cary, but the need for U-turns at traffic lights is irritating (that is not the fault of Fairfield Inn, of course)
