Front desk Rosalind and Shakira were amazing. They solved a problem and out of their way completely to help me with my stay. They are amazing. Kindness and caring for me made the entire stay the best.

The person who checked us in didn't say a single word (truly, not one word) until the check-in was 90% done and he needed my ID. No welcome. No information. Nothing.
The breakfast buffet ran out of several things, the omelets were all burnt, and the milk was sour.
The room was fine. Some of the staff members were lovely. It was quiet. The location is convenient. But all in all, not a great experience.
First of all, I was told there was gonna be a pool there when I made my reservations I needed a pool for my kids to play in and then we got to the room. They said the pool had maintenance so I would’ve stayed somewhere else they . they knew they had maintenance scheduled, but told me they had a pool. The room had an oder it smell like the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in years. I would never stay there again, and I would never recommend anyone I care about to stay there again.

The room was nice, staff nice, but the pool was closed due to maintenance. It was half full of water. I chose the hotel over others for the pool. I was not told prior to checking in or while checking in that it was closed until we approached the pool to go swim finding it to be half full of water. That ruined our stay for sure as I had kids dying to swim after a long two day football tournament. Room was almost 400$ for two nights. I could have saved money at nearby locations that didn’t have a pool.
We had the best crew working the weekend of 7/3 thru 7/6 . They treated the Valentine Family like royalty. 40 Ounce Recordz Columbus Ohio shall return. Keep up the great work.
Overall the room and hotel was nice. I didn't like dealing with the front desk person at night. Although she smiled when she spoke she did not display any care or concerns for me issues. The TVS are not smart TVS which suck because the cable offered was terrible channel selections.
