Shower pressure in my room was minimal, the shower head to did work probably and I was left with a drizzle for a shower Found blood on blackout curtains when I went to close at night, a long with rips. In all fairness I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and am chalking it up to a bad stay. Hoping next time is better, staff is amazingly friendly

Good service and facility. However, beds are lumpy! Need need mattresses! I was also disappointed to find that the breakfast no longer includes fruit smoothies!
