I think the location is noisy because it is right on 2 highways. Unfortunately, I was witness to a shady deal in the back parking lot by the pool. I would not park back there and would keep an eye out over all

I'm paralyzed and in a wheelchair. The staff was very accommodating, especially the front desk manager (Ms. Fairbanks?? Or a name like that. The ADA room was accommodating for a wheelchair however the door to the bathroom was a terrible jerry-rig replacement and several areas of the door frame, borders of the looked very worn and needed to be replaced. The staff was good and very helpful.

Hallways were ridiculously hot; first room smelled so badly like mold that we had to request another room. Room wasn't very clean. Sheets didn’t smell/feel clean. Fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE at all.

Nice amenities

Fast and friendly check-in. There is an open floor plan restaurant and bar right in the lobby, which was lively. We had dinner at the restaurant. Staff was friendly and efficient. They offer cocktails and also made me a non-alcoholic version of one of their cocktails, which was delicious. Enjoyed the smoked half chicken dinner. Our room was quiet and comfortable. There were a couple of maintenance issues that could have been reported by housekeeping or previous guests but might not have been. The mirror in the room was off it's anchors and sitting upright on the desk. Also there was a hole in the bathroom wall that might have held a hook at one time. We reported these two things and the front desk staff was receptive and said she would report them to maintenance. Overall, a very comfortable and restful stay.
