Buying 1 cup of coffee got charged 2, they refunded me after I pointed it out. Parking is not free, it's only $5 but still strange as this is not in a populous area like city downtown.

Tv wouldn’t turn on this am & no manual switch on the tv. Parking: fyi they charge $5. This location is not near any entertainment or downtown, so there’s that. Remodeling is going on. Our room was very nice, clean & attractive. Lobby & restaurant are attractive. Staff are very nice.

The hotel and staff were extremely lovely with the exception of the room smell. Not sure if it was thre actual room or vents. . Once we turned off the fan/ac the room smell slightly improved. We were only there for one night so it was tolerable for one night. The hotel is currently undergoing a renovation, so hopefully this one oversight will improve. Otherwise easy access to freeways, lots of parking and row of restaurants close by.

Wonderful welcome from Immaculate. She was so friendly and efficient. Room was great. In the bathroom, one of the hooks was hanging off the wall, so that needs to be fixed. Otherwise, great stay!

Good service but over crowded

The food was delicious. The hotel was swamped due the a Jazz concert. However, Ravon was on point and did a great job taking care of us. The food was cooked perfectly.
